Chicken and seafood paella
Chicken and seafood paella is a dish made from saffron-colored rice. Additional ingredients can include vegetables and any other meat or fish. There are many variations of paella depending on the region of Spain, and the Spaniards themselves believe that there are about 300 of them.

Ingredients
- 1 pc chicken fillet
- 200 g rice
- 1 pc onion
- 100 g shrimp
- 40 g green peas
- 1 pc tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper black
- 1 pinch paprika smoked
- 1 pinch turmeric
- olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients.

- Rinse the rice, put it in the pan and fry it slightly, stirring constantly.200 g rice

- During cooking, it is desirable not to stir the contents of the pan. When the rice absorbs the water and becomes soft, add the shrimp, mix and let it sit for a while. A light crust of rice should form on the bottom, which the Spaniards particularly appreciate.
