  • 1 pinch paprika smoked
  • 1 pinch turmeric

  • Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and fry until golden brown in olive oil. Remove to a plate.

  • Fry the shrimp until cooked.

  • Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until soft.

  • Blanch the tomato, remove the skin and chop finely. Add to the onion. Add peas.

  • Rinse the rice, put it in the pan and fry it slightly, stirring constantly.

  • Add two glasses of water. Add chicken, salt, turmeric, paprika, and pepper. Cover and cook until the water evaporates. Usually, saffron is used to make paella, but in home recipes, turmeric can be used if saffron is not available.
