Chicken souffle
If your child doesn't like to eat anything meaty, try offering them a ัhicken souffle. It turns out tender and very tasty, so it can be liked even by the most finicky. It can be cooked in any small molds, small silicone molds or muffin tins are perfect. The souffle can simply be served with any side dish, or cut into thin slices and put on a sandwich.

- 1 kitchen chopper
- 1 blender

- 1 baking mold
Ingredients
- 250 g chicken fillet
- 1 pc egg
- 120 g milk
- 25 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. You can use any meat of your choice, we took chicken fillet, from which the souffle turns out to be especially tender and dietary, so it is perfect for kids.
- Cut the chicken fillet into arbitrary pieces, put it in the blender bowl and chop.250 g chicken fillet
- Transfer the resulting minced meat to a bowl. Wash the egg, break it and separate the white from the yolk. Put the yolk in the minced meat. Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave and pour into the bowl. Add a pinch of salt.1 pc egg, 25 g butter, 1 pinch salt
- Pour in the milk and mix until smooth.120 g milk
- Whisk the egg white with a mixer until fluffy and stable.
- Gently fold the egg white into the meat mixture in small parts.
- Grease the baking mold with vegetable oil. Silicone molds do not need to be greased. Transfer the future souffle to the mold and distribute evenly. Send to a preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes at 180 โ.
