Korean chicken ramen

- Cook the broth. To do this, place the meat from the chicken thighs in a pot, add 1 liter of water and put on the fire. Remove the foam that forms on the surface when the water boils, and instead add carrots and onions. - Remove and lay out the meat and carrots on a separate plate, discard the onion.
- Strain the broth.
- Pour in the soy sauce4 tbsp soy sauce
