  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper ground
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Prepare everything necessary. You can take any minced meat. The mushrooms here are wild, and they are already boiled. If using champignons, pre-boiling is not necessary.

  • Heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the coarsely chopped mushrooms and one onion. If the mushrooms are boiled, they should be well squeezed from the liquid.

  • Mix with hands, and then slightly beat the minced meat so that the mass is compacted and the finished products retain their original shape.

  • Roll the minced meat into balls the size of a chicken egg, then make a depression in the center with your hands, leaving a thin layer of minced meat at the bottom and side walls. Fill with mushroom filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
