Potato cheese casserole
Potato cheese casserole is easy to prepare and very hearty dish. It is good both as a separate dish and as a side dish. In addition, you can diversify the casserole to your own taste by adding mushrooms, meat or fish stuffing as a filling.

Ingredients
- 5-6 pcs potato
- 100 g cheese
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 25 g butter
- 1 pinch pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch dill fresh
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Grate the cheese on a large grater and immediately divide it into two equal parts.100 g cheese
- Grate the garlic on a small grater, and the onion head on a large one.1 pcs onion, 2 cloves garlic
- Add onion, garlic, and egg to one part of the grated cheese. Mix the second half of the cheese with finely chopped dill and egg.2 pcs egg
- Add mayonnaise and sour cream in equal parts to the cheese mixed with egg, garlic, and onion. If desired, you can limit yourself to only one of these products.2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sour cream
- Thoroughly wash the potatoes, peel them, and grate them on a large grater.5-6 pcs potato
- Combine the potato mass with the mixture of cheese, egg, onion, garlic, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Put everything in a baking dish.1 pinch pepper, 1 pinch salt
- Place the cheese-egg mixture with dill on top of the potato layer. Put a few pieces of butter on top for additional flavor and bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200 หC for 30-40 minutes.25 g butter, 1 pinch dill
