Chicken mushroom and potato casserole
Chicken mushroom and potato casserole is perfect for a family lunch or dinner. This easy and simple dish does not require any culinary skills. The main thing is to properly prepare the necessary ingredients, layer them and put them in the oven.

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 1-2 pcs potato
- 300 g mushrooms wild, fresh
- 120 g cheese
- 1 pc onion
- 35 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml sour cream low-fat
- 2 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- for serving greens
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Cut the chicken meat into thin slices and place it as the first layer in an oiled heat-resistant dish.300 g chicken fillet

- Peel the onion, slice it into thin half rings and distribute it as the next layer.1 pc onion
- Set aside the dish and prepare the mushrooms. First, clean the mushrooms from forest debris, rinse them and cut them into small pieces. Then fry them in boiling oil until golden brown for 20 minutes.300 g mushrooms, 35 ml vegetable oil
- Place the fried mushrooms on top of the onion layer.
- Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices and place them in a single layer on top of the fried mushrooms. Sprinkle the potatoes with a little salt and pepper.1-2 pcs potato
- Using a cooking brush, spread sour cream over the entire surface of the dish.100 ml sour cream
- Grate the cheese using a medium-sized grater and place it as the final layer.120 g cheese
- Place the casserole in a preheated oven at 190 ℃ for 50-60 minutes, covering the dish with parchment paper or foil. A few minutes before the end of the cooking time, open the dish to form a delicious cheese crust.
