Potato fries recipe

- 1 knife
- 1 pan
- 1 colander
- 1 paper towel
Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 ml vegetable oil refined
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into sticks. This can be done manually with a regular knife or using a mandoline slicer.600 g potatoes
- Put the potatoes in a deep bowl and rinse in cold water 2-3 times (the water should become clear).
- Drain the washed potatoes in a colander.
- Dry the potatoes with paper towels. Do this very carefully so that water does not get into the hot oil.
- Fry the potatoes in small batches, stirring occasionally, in preheated sunflower oil. The oil temperature should reach 180 – 190 ยฐC. Remember to always be careful and cautious when working with hot oil to avoid accidental burns.500 ml vegetable oil
- When the potatoes turn golden brown, remove them with a slotted spoon and transfer to paper towels.
