  • 150 g canned cod liver
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 2 pcs red onion
  • 70 g mayonnaise
  • 60 g cheese hard-pressed
  • ½ cup shelled walnuts
  • bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Prepare everything you need. Partially drain the oil from the canned food. Boil vegetables (carrots and potatoes) in uniforms and peel. Boil the eggs. Mash the cod liver in a bowl with a fork, the pieces should be of different sizes, and the resulting puree should be liquid.

  • The salad is laid out in the form of a cone with a square base. Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise. The first ingredient is diced boiled potatoes.

  • Pour the chopped medium-sized purple onion on top. If you use an ordinary white onion, then it is better to scald it with boiling water.

  • Don’t forget about the dressing, add salt and season with ground pepper to taste.

  • Grate the boiled carrots on a fine grater and distribute. Each subsequent layer is slightly smaller than the previous one.
