  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 pc banana
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar without a slide
  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Prepare the necessary ingredients. Place the cottage cheese in a spacious container.

  • Peel the banana, mash it with a fork to a mushy state and put it in a bowl with the cottage cheese. Add semolina and egg yolk.

  • Mash all the components with a fork or blend until smooth without lumps.

  • Rinse the egg under water, wipe it and separate the white from the yolk. In a separate bowl or blender cup, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.

  • Gently mix the protein and cottage cheese-banana mass together, trying to maintain airiness.

  • Grease a large baking dish or several portioned ones with butter and sprinkle with semolina.

  • Fill the molds with cottage cheese-banana mass by ⅔, as the souffle will rise significantly.

  • Send the prepared molds to the oven preheated to 180 ℃. Cook for about 25 minutes. It is not recommended to open the oven for the first 10-15 minutes, otherwise the dessert will immediately settle.
