We offer a recipe for the most delicate dessert that the whole family will definitely like. We are preparing a cottage cheese souffle. It is perfect for breakfast, as a late dinner or a light snack.

Ingredients
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 pc egg
- 1 pc banana
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar without a slide
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 10 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Place the cottage cheese in a spacious container.250 g cottage cheese
- Peel the banana, mash it with a fork to a mushy state and put it in a bowl with the cottage cheese. Add semolina and egg yolk.2 tbsp semolina, 1 pc banana, 1 pc egg
- Mash all the components with a fork or blend until smooth without lumps.
- Rinse the egg under water, wipe it and separate the white from the yolk. In a separate bowl or blender cup, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.1 pc egg, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla sugar, 1 pinch salt
- Gently mix the protein and cottage cheese-banana mass together, trying to maintain airiness.
- Grease a large baking dish or several portioned ones with butter and sprinkle with semolina.10 g butter, 2 tbsp semolina
- Fill the molds with cottage cheese-banana mass by ⅔, as the souffle will rise significantly.
- Send the prepared molds to the oven preheated to 180 ℃. Cook for about 25 minutes. It is not recommended to open the oven for the first 10-15 minutes, otherwise the dessert will immediately settle.
- The finished dessert should become firm and browned. The dish is incredibly tasty, tender, and fragrant.
