Authentic hungarian beef goulash
Authentic hungarian beef goulash is a national dish originating from Europe. It can be served as both an appetizer and a main course. It will be hearty, rich, and very tasty.

Ingredients
- 300 g potato
- 300 g beef
- 30 g fat pork
- 1 pc carrot
- 2 pcs onion
- 1 pc bell pepper
- 100 g ketchup tomato
- 1 tsp paprika ground
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch pepper ground
- ½ tsp salt
- 1.5 liters water
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Clean and wash the vegetables. Instead of ketchup, you can use fresh tomatoes. It is convenient to cook soup-goulash either in a spacious frying pan or in a thick-walled pot.
- Cut the pork fat into slices. Place it in a dry pan. Fry until the cracklings are browned. The task here is to render the fat from them. Add a quarter ring of onion. Keep until soft, sprinkle with ground paprika.30 g fat, 2 pcs onion, 1 tsp paprika
- Mix, lay out the beef cut into cubes.300 g beef
- Fry until light browning appears. Add large pieces of carrot.1 pc carrot
- After a couple of minutes, pour in water, meat or vegetable broth.1.5 liters water
- Stew under the lid on low heat for 40 minutes. If the meat is tough, it will be necessary to increase the time for the fibers to soften better. Add coarsely chopped potatoes.300 g potato
- Close the lid again and cook for 20 minutes. If necessary, add liquid so that it covers the contents of the pan. Check that the potatoes are completely soft. Lay out strips of bell pepper, tomato ketchup, and minced garlic. Salt and season to taste. A pinch of hot red pepper will look good here.
