Celery smoothie

Today we cook celery smoothie. Vitamin cocktail from celery and cucumber with flax seeds will help digestive and filled body with the portion of vitamins.

  • 1 blender
  • 2 glass


  • 4-5 pcs stem celery
  • 3 pcs cucumber
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 300 ml water


  • Clean cucumbers from peels. If vegetables have expressed middle, put it and seeds as well away. You can use celery’s stem and leaflets.
    4-5 pcs stem celery, 3 pcs cucumber
  • Pour flax seeds with water in advance and leave for 30 minutes for swelling. Put cucumber and celery pieces in bowl, pour out flax seeds with the liquid.
    1 tbsp flax seeds
  • Break through all ingredients with blender to highest possible degree of grinding. Dilute with water until the desired thickness. Celery smoothie is ready.
