Chocolate skillet cake

- 90 g cocoa powder
- 90 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 120 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need.

- Mix until smooth, pour in milk.120 ml milk
- Add the remaining dry ingredients, cocoa, salt, and flour.2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 pinch salt
- Mix, add vegetable oil.
- The dough will be not very thick, homogeneous, rich brown color.
- Grease a pan, here 24 centimeters in diameter, with vegetable oil, heat it up and pour the dough. It should spread out and distribute itself in an even layer on its own.
- Cover with a lid, set the heat to the very minimum, and cook without opening the pan for 20 minutes. Pierce with a toothpick, it should come out dry.
- The chocolate cake in a pan is ready. It is soft, porous, and moist. Decorate as desired. For example, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, here from white chocolate.
