  • 1 pc red onion
  • 3 pcs tomato
  • 80 g cheese hard-pressed
  • 1 tbsp sour cream or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper


  • Prepare everything you need. Any meat can be used as the main ingredient, as long as it is soft, the ideal option is tenderloin.
  • Cut pork into 1.5-2 cm thick layers. On both sides, make incisions in the form of a mesh, cutting through no more than a third of the thickness. This will help the meat to marinate faster and fry better. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, leave for at least 10 minutes for salting.

  • For the filling, cut the onion into thin half rings, tomatoes into rings. Purple onions are softer in taste, so they can be put in raw form, but it is better to pre-fry ordinary white onions.

  • Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, heat well and lay out the pork. Try not to place it too tightly, so that the meat is fried, and not stewed.
