Meatball pie
Today on the table is a simple, but tasty, hearty and beautiful meatball pie. Meatballs in a soft and tender dough. You can use any ground meat, but to prevent the meatballs from being dry, it should contain some fat. The pie is very easy to make and turns out to be a complete meat dish.

- 150 g sour cream
- 120 g flour
- 70 g cheese hard
- 300 g ground meat

- 1 pinch pepper ground
- ยฝ tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need.

- Mix with your hands and throw it into the bowl a couple of times to remove air and compact the mass.

- Knead the dough to the consistency of pancake batter. Add half of the grated cheese.
- Mix and transfer to a greased baking dish, here with a diameter of 20 centimeters. Arrange the meatballs on top.ยฝ tsp vegetable oil

- Place in a preheated oven and bake at 160 โ for 35-40 minutes. The pie should rise and brown.
- The meatball pie is ready. It is best served warm.
