  • 200 g yeast dough not sweet
  • 50 g cheese blue
  • 50 g cheese mozzarella
  • 1 pc pear
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 15 g pine nuts


  • Prepare everything you need. Buy or make the dough yourself. Choose a pear that is not too hard but not too soft, so that the pieces do not fall apart when baked.

  • Roll out the dough into a round shape. Choose the thickness yourself. Pizza with pear can be made on a thick or thin base. Wash the pear, cut it in half, and then into slices about 2-3 millimeters thick. You can remove or leave the skin, it’s up to you. Spread them evenly over the surface of the pizza.
