Ingredients
  

  • 5 pcs plum
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 60 g butter
  • 300 ml kefir 2.5%
  • 210 g flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • vegetable oil or butter, to grease the pan

  • Prepare the specified ingredients. The butter needs to be melted in advance.

  • In a container, crack the eggs, add salt, sugar, melted butter, and kefir. Mix thoroughly.
