Stew buckwheat with meat
Today we will make a simple, but tasty everyday dish, stew buckwheat with meat in a frying pan with onions. It cooks quickly, the grain turns out crumbly and fragrant.

Ingredients
- 200 g pork mince
- 1 glass buckwheat groats
- 1 pc carrot
- 1 pc onion
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 glass water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 pc bay leaf
- ยผ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper ground
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Peel the vegetables.
- Grate the carrot on a grater, cut the onion into small strips. Fry in vegetable oil until soft. Add the mince. Since pork is used here, fat for further cooking will melt out of it. - Add tomato ketchup.2 tbsp ketchup
- Mix for the last time, pour in water.2 glass water
- Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes or until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Buckwheat with minced meat in a frying pan should turn out crumbly. Even if the contents of the pan are slightly moist, just let it stand for a couple of minutes without heating, and the excess will be absorbed.
