  • 200 g pork mince
  • 1 glass buckwheat groats
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 1 pc onion
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 glass water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 pc bay leaf
  • ยผ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper ground

  • Prepare everything necessary. Peel the vegetables.

  • Grate the carrot on a grater, cut the onion into small strips. Fry in vegetable oil until soft. Add the mince. Since pork is used here, fat for further cooking will melt out of it. If the mince is beef or chicken, it may be necessary to add a little oil during the process.
