  • 1 pc banana
  • 50 g chocolate
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pc egg yolk

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Take the puff pastry out of the freezer and leave it to thaw on the kitchen table. On average, this will take about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough into a rectangle. We recommend doing this not too thinly and only in one direction — lengthwise or widthwise. Then divide the rectangle of dough into 6 equal parts.

  • Slice the bananas into circles.

  • Chop the chocolate with a knife into small pieces. Any type will do for making the pastries: dark, white, milk, with nuts, etc.

  • Cover the filling with the second half of the dough, pinch the edges tightly and go over the edge with a fork. Then transfer the pastries to a baking sheet with parchment. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle sugar on top.
