Turkish dolma

Ingredients
  

  • 10-15 pcs grape leaves
  • 250 g ground beef
  • ½ cup rice round-grain
  • 1 pc yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • bunch parsley fresh
  • ¼ tsp hops suneli
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • sour cream for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare everything you need. Grape leaves should be chosen young, light-colored, palm-sized. Too dark and old is better not to use, they will be tough.
  • Put the leaves in a bowl and pour freshly boiled water. Let stand for a couple of minutes. They should change color.

  • For the filling, put the ground beef in a bowl. Pour rice with water in a ratio of 1: 2 and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. Add to the meat.

  • In the same place, send onion cubes fried until transparent in vegetable oil, chopped parsley, suneli hops and salt.

  • Mix.
  • Lay the grape leaf on a flat surface with veins upwards. Place a tablespoon of filling.
  • Make one turn, bend the edges and wrap with a tube.
  • Put a grape leaf on the bottom of the pan, place the dolma, you can in several rows. Pour water to the level of the rolls.
  • Cover the top with a plate so that the blanks do not unwind. Simmer under the lid on low heat for 1.5 hours.
  • Dolma is ready. Serve delicious with sour cream.
