Turkish dolma
Dolma – oriental dish. This is ground beef in stuffed grape leaves. The dish is ingenious and unusual. Grape leaves give a unique taste and aroma. Dolma is prepared simply and quickly, be sure to try it.

Ingredients
- 10-15 pcs grape leaves
- 250 g ground beef
- ½ cup rice round-grain
- 1 pc yellow onion
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- bunch parsley fresh
- ¼ tsp hops suneli
- ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Grape leaves should be chosen young, light-colored, palm-sized. Too dark and old is better not to use, they will be tough.

- Mix.
