Ingredients
- 150 g pork
- 4 pcs egg
- 30 g cheese hard-pressed
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- spring onion for serving
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. You will also need cupcake molds. You can use silicone or metal. The latter must be lubricated with oil. The pork should be sliced as thinly as possible, so if you do the slicing yourself, it is better to slightly freeze the piece. At heartโs ease, choose a meat product with more or less fat layers.
- Trim the slices so that they fit well into the molds. Put the meat in the cupcakes in a circle. The edges should rise slightly.150 g pork
- Chop the leftovers finely and pour them on the bottom.

- Put a yolk in each muffin.
